Dr. Ardath Whynacht is a queer activist, artist and scholar who teaches at Mount Allison University and in the Federal prison system. She writes and organizes about violence, trauma and affect and is currently working on a SSHRC-funded research project that explores emotional labour and transformative justice called ‘Insurgent Love’.
